Dear Loire Valley Homeowners,

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the results of the Special Assessment Election held on August 17, 2026, regarding funding for the Non-Functional Turf Project.

Election Results

• Total Membership: 136 lots
• Ballots Received: 98
• Quorum Required: 69
• Quorum Achieved: Yes
• Votes in Favor: 72
• Votes Opposed: 26

The proposed special assessment of $1200.00 per member received 73.5% approval of the votes cast and therefore PASSED in accordance with the election requirements.

The Board appreciates the participation of homeowners who took the time to vote. The approval of this assessment allows the Association to move forward with the Non-Function Turf Project and address this important community improvement.
