Dear Loire Valley Homeowners:
Due to California Law AB1572, all HOAs are required to stop irrigating non-recreational grass with potable water by 2029.
As a result, the Loire Valley HOA board has created a plan to address its requirements. An informational meeting is scheduled regarding the plan and its financial impact.

Time: 5:30pm
Location: Loire Valley Tennis Court
Please read the attached material and attend this important meeting with your chairs. There will be an additional Zoom meeting at a time to be determined for those who are unable to attend Wednesday's meeting.
The Board believes that the plan is in the best interests of keeping our HOA attractive, inviting, and compliant with California law.
