Hello Loire Valley HOA Residents,
Treatment to remove the grass root system to prepare for turf conversion will begin on October 12th, 2026, and is expected to last until November 6th, 2026.
Signage will be posted on days that treatment takes place. For added safety, residents, guests, and pets should avoid treated areas until the application has completely dried. More details to come as the project continues.
