Dear Loire Valley Homeowners,

The Loire Valley Homeowners Association is pleased to announce the upcoming Board of Directors Election process. The annual election provides members with the opportunity to participate in the governance of the Association by electing representatives to serve on the Board.

Key Information

• Positions Available: Two Open Seats
• Nomination Deadline: August 20, 2026
• Voting Deadline/Annual Meeting: November 18, 2026

Call for Candidates

Homeowners interested in serving on the Board are encouraged to submit their nominations. Serving on the Board is a valuable way to contribute to the community and help guide Association decisions.

Nomination procedures, candidate qualifications, and submission instructions will be provided in a separate notice.

Important Notes

• If the number of qualified candidates equals or is fewer than the number of open positions, candidates may be elected by acclamation in accordance with Association election rules.
• Additional election notices, including candidate information and voting materials, will be distributed in accordance with the election timeline.

We encourage all members to participate in this important process, whether by running for the Board or casting your vote.
