HOA Tennis Court Misuse/Abuse
Posted on Sep 27th, 2024

Loire Valley Residents,

In response to numerous reports of misuse or abuse of our tennis/pickleball courts, we are implementing the following Rules of Court Behavior.

Suggested Court Rules:

1.  The Courts are for Tennis and Pickleball use only. Other uses are not permitted.

2.  Parents need to inform their children of these rules and must take care that they are observed. Damage to the courts or nets may result in fines being imposed.

3.  Only proper, non-marring court shoes must be use on the courts. No street shoes, hiking shoes or similar are allowed. No skateboards, bicycles or other wheeled devices are allowed.

4.  Dogs brought to the courts must be leashed. Dogs should not be exercised on the courts.

5.  When moving the pickleball nets, the wheel brakes must first be unlocked. The 4 wheel locks can be easily set/released by depressing the lever on the caster. (Pickleball net wheels should be locked when in use for pickleball.)

6.  The Courts are protected by a 24-hour video surveillance system. This system may be used to identify and potentially prosecute those involved in vandalism.
