The Annual Membership Meeting for the Loire Valley Homeowners Association is scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 8:00PM at the Loire Valley HOA Tennis & Pool Area, San Diego, CA 92131.

 

The purpose of this meeting is to tabulate the ballots to elect three (3) Members to the Board of Directors. This election is being conducted by secret ballot via USPS mail and/or hand carried. The ballots must be received at the Castle Breckenridge Office by November 7, 2013 at 5:00 PM. Ballots that are hand carried to the meeting must be received by the Inspector of Election prior to Call to Order to be valid.

 

Ballots will be mailed to members October 1, 2013. The Association is required to establish a Quorum  (51% of 136=69) via returned ballots for the candidates as Board members. If a Quorum is not established, the Association will be required to reschedule the Annual Meeting and an additional expense will be incurred by the Association.

 

Following the tabulation of votes, the meeting will be adjourned, and the Board of Directors will conduct a meeting to appoint Officers in an Organizational Meeting required by the Loire Valley Homeowners' By-Laws.
