We need volunteers for Loire Valley's Board of Directors.   Three (3) Board membership spots will open this year, and we need capable, caring individuals to participate in these important roles.

 

Board members work with our management company, CBM, to ensure compliance with Loire Valley’s CC&Rs and By-laws.  They regularly communicate with Loire Valley residents on issues significant to our community.

 

Although a Board membership term is two years, the monthly time commitment is nominal.  Board members meet monthly, and each meeting lasts approximately two hours.  The time commitment outside of a Board meeting may include an additional one to three hours per month for a total monthly commitment ranging from three to five hours.

 

We need you!  Those of you who have never served on the Board, those who are new to Loire Valley, and/or those who may be interested in serving again are all welcome to submit your nominations.
