Neighborhood Walk-through with HOA Board and CBM

Hello Loire Valley Homeowners,
In an effort to be transparent and involve you in activities and decisions related to Loire Valley, we are reaching out to inform you of an upcoming walk-through with our Management agency and our Board. The purpose of these walk-throughs is to maintain a consistent look throughout the neighborhood and understand the current CC&Rs in place for Loire Valley. These walk-throughs sometimes result in courtesy notices to homeowners to correct or adjust items that this walk-through finds inconsistent with the current CC&Rs.
It is important that homeowners know about these walk-throughs and are given a chance to participate and observe the process.
The next walk-through will be on Oct. 18 at 10 am. The meeting location is TBD. A more detailed email will be forthcoming.
