If you notice areas of overwatering or leaking sprinklers in Loire Valley, please go to http://www.loirevalleyhoa.org/service.php to notify the management company (CBM) so they can take appropriate action.

 

The LVHOA combined water/sewer annual expense is about 15% of our operating expenses. While we like to keep Loire Valley green, we do not want to waste water either.
